My best breakfast for losing weight is an omelet. Eggs only have about seventy calories. So two eggs and a little skimmed milk and you are looking at only one hundred calories. That's nothing! To make it more exciting I usually put in some onion, a chopped tomato and a few chopped green beans. And for a special touch, I sprinkle some dried herbs on there too. Maybe you are looking at three hundred calories and that's pushing it!

I drink a pint of water with it too and a coffee. So I am hydrated, full and awake! Lunch is normally a salad.

Salads are definitely one of the best foods to make you lose weight. Use your imagination here. Salad does not have to be boring. There are so many kinds of lettuce out there that you can use. I never go for limp lettuce. Crunchy is the way to go for me. Fresh tomatoes, spring onion, cucumber, mushroom, bean sprouts, grated carrots, radishes and many more. There really is so much you can do with a salad. throw on some sardines, or tuna or grilled chicken strips, ham, roast pork, tuna, the list goes on. when i make my salad with many ingredients it gets big very quickly.

I am always amazed how much I can eat and still lose weight. Again have it with a pint of water. You should drink water with every meal it helps fill you up and is helps fat get broken down in the body.

Foods to make you lose weight dinner is a steak of any meat you chose with stir fried vegetables. Yes you could have beef, pork, chicken, gammon, lamb, fish. I have recently changed my favorite from beef to pork. Pork really holds it moisture and has a great texture. Especially on the barbecue! So cook a steak of your choice of meat and garb some veg. I have pretty much the same as I put in my omelet. tomato, onion green beans and I add some grated carrot quite often. Fry them off in a little oil and add a couple of dashes of soy sauce and you are away. Its so easy.

The best thing about preparing foods to make you lose weight is that they are so simple. they are totally uncomplicated. And they are all done in under ten minutes. That's including preparation and cooking time. Shopping for them is a complete breeze too!
