Everyone who wants to lose weight always wants to lose it the easiest and the fastest ways possible. As soon as they realize that they are bombarded with the many effects of weight gain, of course the most natural response is to give an impulsive solution, and the first thing they do is look for a fast weight loss program. The problem is, they are really not being very realistic with their expectations with fast weight loss programs and weight loss. Some overweight people I know want to lose the fat so fast, they want a third out of their total body weight in one month! So the underlying question is how fast is the fastest way to lose weight?

To give an example, someone who has been very busy all his life as a desk job employee works his butt off from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon (like most of us). Because of his hectic schedule, he seldom finds time to eat his meals to the point of skipping them. As time passes, he wouldn’t really be aware that those extra belly fats have consistently been creeping through his whole body. Losing more than that means you do not lose excess fat, but water and muscle weight. Don’t think that fast weight loss programs equal food reduction and increased amount of exercise, it is a big no-no. There are dangers to that.
