Abs Diet Recipes: Sirloin Tips  

Powerfoods: 4

2 teaspoons peanut oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 cup thinly sliced sirloin strips

1/2 cup frozen snow peas

1/2 cup chopped celery

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon honey

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

 

Combine oil and pepper flakes in a medium-hot skillet.

Add sirloin and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over brown rice.
