Abs Diet: Frozen Dessert Recipe

4 Popsicle sticks

2 bananas, peeled and cut in half crosswise

1/2 cup chocolate sauce (the kind that forms a shell)

4 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, diced

Put a Popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana piece. Pour chocolate sauce over bananas until they’re completely coated. Roll chocolate-coated bananas in peanuts. Freeze.
