We suggest you start walking every time you get a phone call. Almost every one of us talks two to three times on the phone every day. What do you usually do when you are on a call? Either sitting or lying down or standing. But walking while talking will get you some amount of exercise. Did you know walking for just 10 minutes can burn up to 36 calories? Just strolling around is enough to do so. So imagine if you are on the phone for 60 minutes in a day, you can burn more than 200 calories which can be higher if you walk fast.
