Simple Ways to Burn Fat and Get Slimmer.

1. Stop dieting and start eating: If you diet, you cannot lose weight. Dieting basically keeps you hungry, and in order to lose weight, you need to eat all the time; obviously, the two cannot go together.

By eating more I also mean small and frequent eating. You must not skip your breakfast. After you have your breakfast, you should start eating small meals every two or three hours. Now you maybe are wondering about the reason why you should adopt such weird eating behavior. There are two reasons behind this:

 

a) If you eat like that, you won’t feel hungry. If you are not hungry, you won’t have any temptation to buy junk foods.

b) By eating slowly and frequently, your metabolic rate will remain high at all times, and remember, keeping your metabolic rate high is the only way to burn fat and lose weight.

2. Do high intensity exercises: Lower intensity exercises such as cardios only help you burn fat during the workout session, and more importantly, the process is a very slow one. Even after hours of workout, you would burn very little fat with cardio.

On the contrary, if you do high intensity workouts, you will be able to burn a lot of fat within a very short time; plus, you will continue to burn fat even after you have finished the workout. Isn’t that great?

There are several high intensity workouts out there, but for loss I recommend you to walk on the incline treadmill. If you are just starting out, you could begin with an incline of 6 and a speed of 3.0. As you progress to the advanced level and become accustomed to it, you can increase the intensity by having an incline of 15 and a speed of about 4.0.

If you don’t have much time to spare on workouts and yet want quick results, then this workout is perfect for you. With this workout, you will start seeing results very soon in the form of leaner waist and flatter belly.
