If you don’t have enough time to prepare your snack, buy low calorie foods such as salads, whole wheat bread and fresh juice. If you can, consult a dietician for a proper weight loss tips regarding what kind of meals you should have. Create a workout schedule you can follow just like any of your other commitments. And when you do this, make sure that you commit yourself to your plan.

Excuse no. 2: I don’t have a trainer and I can’t afford to have one! This is actually a very lame excuse. Who needs a trainer to lose weight when you can do it yourself! All you need to have is a strong will and motivation that will keep you on the right track of losing weight. You can actually sign up for free aerobic exercises in your neighborhood or you could just go find a buddy that will help you in your weight loss plan. Excuse no. 3: I feel uncomfortable in going to the gym.
