  • 6 green onions
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • ½ head cabbage

  • 2 cubes bouillon
Directions
Before you start with the soup, chop all the vegetables finely and in a pot add some water. Place the pot on the heat and after the water is heated for some time, add the vegetables and bring the water to boil. Cover the soup while the vegetables are cooking, simmer it for about 15 minutes and then check if the vegetables are soft and cooked. Add the salt and pepper later to taste, you can add other ingredients such as garlic powder, parsley and curry leaves depending on the taste you wish to have.

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 large red onion
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 green peppers
  • Shitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups chicken, beef or vegetable stock
Directions
Chop all the vegetables into small bits so that they are easier to cook and eat, and saute them in a sauce pan with a tablespoon of olive oil before adding them to the soup. Then add the water and stock to the sauce pan and let the liquid boil for 10 minutes. Then simmer the burner and cook till the vegetables are soft and tender. Serve warm and garnish with parsley and Rosemary.
