STRAWBERRY CREPES
1 recipe for OregonRene's "Pancakes"
6 large strawberries, chopped
2 teaspoons granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
3 ounces whipped cream

Make 12-14 small or 3-4 very large pancakes. Divide the berries among the pancakes and roll up. Serve topped with whipped cream.

Makes 3 servings
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 289 Calories; 27g Fat; 8g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

I made the pancakes earlier in the day to save time, but I think these would taste better if they were freshly made. They weren't bad, just a bit harder to roll up. I probably should have warmed them up a bit first.
