STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM CREPES
6 Low Carb Crepes
1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced *
1/4 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Da Vinci sugar free syrup, vanilla flavor

Sweeten the berries with Splenda and let stand a few minutes. Divide the berries amongst the crepes and roll up or fold over sides of crepes to enclose the berries. Whip the cream with the vanilla syrup until stiff or use a whipped cream dispenser. Top the crepes with whipped cream and serve at once.

Makes 6 servings
Do not freeze

* Or 16 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed.

This dessert is heavenly. No one would ever know that it was low carb. You can save 1 carb per serving by using liquid Splenda to sweeten the berries.
