Question
I'm a 40 year old woman that is 5'1 and weigh 90lbs.  I've seen my doctor and he says I'm healthy, hes suggested boost but that is out of my budget.  I wear size 0 or childrens clothing and would like to look like a woman.  PLEASE HELP I'VE LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR FREE INFORMATION

Answer
Hell Joanie,

The only solution to the problem seems to be: eating more, especially more protein, and exercise more, especially do strength training. However, one has to do it right. A good systematic education in both weight gaining diet and exercise can be obtained from Tom Venuto's manual (http://bestweight.burnthefat.hop.clickbank.net) but it's not free.

Why wouldn't you try our free Banta Diet(http://bantadiet.com) containing online diet and exercise planner. Though it's been successfully used for weight loss, several dieters reported muscle gain.
