Question
hi i was wondering if i workout in eat 800-900 calorie a day will i be able to lose 40-50 pound by june 30 for my party

Answer
3500 calories = 1 pound
I will leave it to you to do the math. You should be able to find loads of web sites that will detail how many calories you will use for each type of exercise and for how long. If you are going to round any number, round down. I am starting with this comment because you casually mention "workout" as if you have already decided on how much of which exercises you can do to get to your goal.
Now as for the math - the number to keep in mind is 3500. There are 3500 calories in a pound. If you consume 3500 calories that your body fails to use, then you gain 1 pound. By the same note, if you eat a limited diet and manage to use 3500 calories, you will lose 1 pound.
Hmmm let's see you are hoping to lose 50 pounds. Multiply that by 3500 to get 175,000 calories that you need to use up with out replacing. I hope you have checked with a doctor on this, even if that person does not agree with you goal or your method - let someone know what you are planning.
As to the mix of proteins, carbs & fats for weight loss (remember I AM NOT A PHYSICIAN), my ideas and suggestions come from recovering from Gastric-bypass surgery. I have lost about 150 lbs in a year. I eat mostly proteins - usually a meat because it works better for me than cheeses or beans - both which are good sources of protein! I try to eat 75% protein, 20% carbs & 5% fats. My reality does not always match my plans.
By the way you MUST INCLUDED FATS in your diet. You WILL need some fat to lose weight - do not try to lose weight just eating 1 kind of food - your finish line will be a casket! Others have suggested 60%/30%/10% and been Very successful. Just realize that our body needs all of these components to keep us alive and healthy. If we starve ourselves of some of these nutrients, the body goes into a "starvation" mode and stores Everything we put into our mouth!
That's enough to start with. Check out sites like www.webmd.com for good, solid, useful info. While you are keeping your eyes on the prize, somewhere up there in the heavens, don't forget to look down (back to reality) every once in a while, or you will TRIP bigtime! [OUCH!]
My only other concern is going to such a small diet. Hopefully you will do this progressively. Just flipping a switch can NOT be good for your body, mind or soul!
