Hello Rebecca!

Thank you for your nutrition questions.  The height you will grow to be is mostly determined by 2 things.  The genes you inherit from your parents and how healthy you are eating.  Did you know that girls who go on extremely low calorie diets tend to grow to be shorter?  This is why it is important to eat a variety of foods such as whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy, and lean meats.  There is also a supplement that I would recommend for you to try out called Juice Plus.  Ask your parents if it's alright with them to order this for you.  It contains 17 fruits and vegetables and is just what you need for healthy growth.  The website to order it from is www.juiceblend.com  Please let me know if you need anymore information on how to order them.
Happy New Year
