Answer
Hello Justin,
The answer to your question is very hard to fit just into a paragraph.  My suggestion is to purchase the following book:
The College Student's Guide to Eating Well on Campus
by Ann Selkowitz, M.S., R.D., L.D.
You can purchase it inexpensively on amazon.com and it will provide you with a great deal of help and ideas!  I can tell you how to eat healthy but this book will be more specific and give you information about college living!
Hope this helps you out!
