fat face

Question
i am a guy,and my weight is gaining since i came to study in a cold country.from 55 to 65kg. i am 172 cm tall.65kg for me is counted normal right?
although i don't look fat,but because of the 10 kg weight gaining,my face look fater and rounder than last time..an obvious change.it seems all the fat concentrate on my face..since i have a wider and bigger skull, and my face looks fat, there are a lot of people said that my head is very big, isn't a disease sort of things like that.and the proportion of my head and the body is not 'equal',it looks like my head does not suit my body...
i am trying to make my face thinner,so that at least i look more normal..are there any good suggestion you can give me to make my face thinner(like exercise,nutrition..) no surgery!

Answer
Jack,

I would suggest a regular exercise program.  This will burn "extra" calories, and help lose the weight.  The exercise is also a great stress relief and good for overall health.  Almost any activity that you enjoy is fine to do, but would pick something to do almost daily.

As far as diet, the more fresh fruit and vegetables the better, along with moderation in portion size should help you get back to where you began.

Personally, I would never suggest surgery for this type of thing ;-)
