hey,
im trying to lose some weight...before i used to eat ALOT soo for the last couple days i have been really cutting down.. im wondering will my body get used to it? because like im really hungry all of the time now...?
also i was wondering if less food will make u dizzy because i have been dizzy like all day today..thanks for your help

Gracie, I don't think a body ever really gets used to cutting back a lot of caloires. The body is made to hold on to calories and store them for the future. It doesn't like to give up the storage. Just make sure you are drinking your 8 glasses of water and see your doctor if you continue to be dizzy. Try not to cut calories below 1500 in a day, you don't want to lose weight too fast.
