water vs seltzer

Question
Can you please explain the nutritional difference between water and seltzer water?  I hear conflicting things and can't seem to find a definitive answer.

thanks.

Answer
Only difference is the presence or absence of bubbles and perhaps a small amount of salt. Unless there is something added to the seltzer in the form of flavoring, there is no additional difference.  Both have essentially no calories, and both are fine to drink.
