Can you help me to plan a diet for working-out?

Question
i am about 110 kg..i am totally lost in this matter of weight loss..i run and jog a lot but when it comes to food, oh my God.

i do a great job at working-out, but i waste it all by eating too much.what i really need is a diet plan to help me lose weight and make my body in a better shape. i am about 2 metres tall, 110 kilos as i prevously mentioned, and i am extremely active.

waiting for your reply, please excuse me for my bad English.

Thank you.

Answer
I can't really give you a diet plan, this isn't really a forum for that.

However, it sounds as if your issue is impulse control, and not necessarily diet.  Some things to consider may be limiting the amount of food you have at hand (more frequent trips to the store, however), using smaller plates, and not buying junk food.

The diet I would always suggest is one that fills half the plate with fresh fruit and vegetables, a quarter with lean protein (chicken, fish, lean beef), and the remaining quarter with complex carbs.  LImit desserts and junkfood.

Your exercise routine sounds great, just don't go back for a second helping on the food!
