Absolute best Nutrition?

Question
Hi Kimberly,
I was wondering what is the least amount of food needed to live a healthy lifestyle. I dont want to undernourish myself at all, nor do i want to eat to much. If you could please give me maybe an example of a daily diet or explain what i need to eat then i would be so grateful. Thanks for your time,
  Barrett

Answer
Barrett,
The amount of calories a person needs depends on their age, activity level, gender, etc...  A good guide is the Food Guide Pyramid, which can tell you the food groups to eat from each day and the number of servings you should eat from each group daily.

Hope that helps to get you started.
