folate RDI and RDAs

Hi,
I am looking to find out the current RDAs/RDIs of folate in males and females over the age of 70years in various countries but can't find them on the web.

I have figures for the USA of 200mcg for men over 70years  and 150mcg for women over 70yrs, but not sure if they are right.

I would also be grateful for the figures in Canada, Australia.

The current DRI's (Dietary Reference Intakes) for folate in the US is as follows:
Men over 70 years- 400 mcg
Women over 70 years- 400 mcg
