Question
Hi George, I am a ninteen year old student looking to add LEAN muscle without bulk or fat as I take part in basketball at a high level. I am 169lbs and 5ft 11" I have a small bit of excess fat and go to the gym regulary to work with weights. I need to add good lean strength and muscle to my body while still keeping my speed and agility and was wondering could you tell me any supplement that would help me on my way before the start of the new season. I also have a very good diet but am just looking for that something extra to help me! Thanks very much for your help!

Answer
Hello Stephen!

Thank you for your nutrition question.  There is an excellent supplement called Juice Plus which is available on my website http://wwww.juiceblend.com that would be perfect for you.  It contains the nutrients of 17 fruits and vegetables in capsule or gummie form.  Many of my athlete patients have had great success using Juice Plus because it helps increase their energy levels.  Try it out and watch your energy go through the roof during basketball training.  Let me know if you need more information on it. As a nutritionist I believe you can really benefit from Juice Plus.
