baby weight

Question
I had a baby 8 months ago by c-section. It is my third and last child. Anyway, I am 31 and my tummy seems to be jello like now. I can't seem to tone it? What can i do? Is it still too early to trim my tummy (also my hips have not gone all the way down yet). I have also lost all the weight I had gained but my body has gone "weird"! What should I do. I need help.
Thank you,
Sam

Answer
Sam,
If you are at a healthy weight than my suggestion would be to hire yourself a personal trainer.  Sounds like you need toning and that would involve exercise.
In addition, ensure you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet!  Make sure you are eating from all of the food groups each day and watch your fat intake!  Also, don't forget water, which is essential for the body and important for muscle tone.
My suggestion would be to first ask your doctor if you are ready to engage in exercise and than if you are not a member already, join your local gym.  Most have personal trainers you can work with to target certain body areas.
Thanks,
