   I was just wondering as to what are the most prevelant vitamins and minerals to be missing from a teens diet.

Though it depends on the the specific child's dietary intake, in general based on dietary intake data or evidence of public health problems, Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005 summarizes that the intake levels of the following nutrients may be of concern for children and adolescents: calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin E.
