Co Enzyme Q 10

Question
I am a 38 year old woman, 5'3" tall& weight about 135 lbs of which 15 lbs. or so has creeeped on over the past year or so.  I am modifying my diet/caloric intake, and slowly adding more exercise into my life, and am wonderering if Co Enzyme Q-10 would be benefical towards boosting my energy level a bit, toning muscles, overall assist with my body's metabolism/calorie burning abillity, and/or anything else related to vibrancy, youthfulness, and getting into shape.

Thanks in advance,

Kim

Answer
Hello Kim!

Thank you for your nutrition question.  Co Enzyme Q-10 would be an excellent supplement to take because it is a potent antioxidant that may help prevent cellular damage from free radicals that occurs during intense exercise or exertion of energy. It also may increase energy, slow the aging process, and improve immune function.
In addition I recommend a "whole food" supplement called Juice Plus+ which is available on my website http://www.juiceblend.com  It contains the nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables which is what our body needs to stay healthy and youthful.  Why not give it a try for 4 months and see the results?  Hope this helps.
