Question
Is chromium and chromium picolate the same thing?
What is the difference between mg and mcg?
Thx,
Kerry

Answer
Hello Kerry,
I'm not totally positive of my answer, so I would suggest asking another expert. But I will try.
mg= milligram that I know
mcg= microgram ?? could be wrong on that one.

I'm pretty sure chromium and chromium picolanate are the same thing. Here is an article you may find helpful, as I'm thinking you might be wondering about it as a fat burner, if I'm wrong, it's still a good article.
