exercise and energy

Question
After a bout of glandular fever, I'd like to get my energy back and get my immune system in good shape. I have a reasonable diet, probably better than most, but I'd like to improve. What do you suggest to increase my energy level and boost my immune system? Any good books or sources of information?

One thing I've also wondered for some time is how to actually know what you are getting - if your body is getting what it needs. Is there a way to determine this? How should I go about getting a balanced diet? Is there something better than just following general guidelines?

Answer
Hello Paul,

Thank you for your nutrition question. The best way to determine if you are getting what your body needs is a simple blood test from your health care provider. Sometimes if we are low in iron we tend to feel a lack of energy or fatigue. However, there is a great supplement on my website http://www.juiceblend.com that would be perfect in helping you get your energy back.  It contains the nutrients from 17 fresh fruits and vegetables in easy convenient form. Fruits and vegetables contains powerful antioxidants that help us build healthy cells.  Why dont you give it a try for 4 months and see the results? Let me know if you need more information on it.  If you don't feel comfortable ordering it online just give me a call at 734 458-6503.
