Big Belly!!

Question
Hello,,
Im an 18 yr old, male university student.. im around 5'11 and weigh no more than 140 pounds.. since i came to university(8months ago), i havent gained mmuch weight but my belly grew quite big to an extent were it can be mistaken for a 3 month pregnant belly!.. I dont drink alchohol (never had), but ive been having fastfood almost everyday for the past 8 mnths.. my actual weight may have increased 5 pounds.. but other than my belly im still quite skinny..
i need help in losing that belly and in gaining a more healthy body..
thanx..

Answer
Kamal please cut out the fatty fast food and increase your daily exercise. Most university's have a gym to work-out in, they might even have a trainer there to help with better food choices. Sounds like you gain all the weight in the belly area, so when you lose weight, it will be lost there first. Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
