muscle loss

Question
Hello MR.Russell
I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm fairly thin. I'm around 5'9" and 125 pounds. The thing that I would like to change about my body are my arms. I have muscular arms(I think so anyway) and I would like to tone them down, to make them look more feminin. Do I lower my protien intake? is that safe?   And do you have any other ideas I could use to just lower the muscle mass on my arms?
thank you!

Answer
Hi Linda,

If your arms are muscular, it is because you use them in work or play in some way or another. The only way to tone them down is to cease using them in strenuous exercise.

I personally sense that you have nothing about which to worry yourself. The uniqueness of humanity is what makes attraction so interesting. What one person may find as a flaw in themselves, another finds to be just another bit of charm.

I am hopeful you are an active healthy girl eating a balanced diet. Long life is worth the effort.

The very best of luck,

Terence A. Russell
