Laura, i am 22 years of age. My height is 5'4 and my weight is 160 Pounds, means 74 KG. I wana reduce it so that i can be slim as well.
I don't have any idea, how to control it out. May be my sleeping habbits are bad. Sometimes i study whole night and sleep in the morning. Walk is not my habbit and exercise i mostly do. Please advice me out how to reduce my weight atleast 5KG in a month. I would be greatful, if you can help me out in it.

Juliana, to lose weight you have to eat less food than your body needs. Cut out excess snacks and sugar drinks, and fast foods. Try to stay under 1800 calories per day eating a healthy diet that contains a variety of foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, chicken, whole grain breads,low fat dairy, and healthy fats like those found in salad oil.
