Fitness and weight

Question
I'm an Indian, 33 and 1/2 years, doing research work, and currently not in a situation to pursue exercises like running or aerobics (at least for the coming 6 months or a year). I've also gained some weight (around 6 to 8 kg) in past 1 year. Earlier I used to walk a lot which I'm not able to do now. I'm at around 70 kg now, and I'm approximately 5 feet 8 and 1/2 inches tall. Any special suggestion on nutrition or fitness or healthy cooking for the coming one year?

Answer
Hello Abhijit!

Thank you for your nutrition question.  Since you are not able to walk much because of your work I would recommend a good supplement to help your body better burn the calories more efficiently.  Check out my website at http://www.juiceblend.com and there is an excellent supplement called Juice Plus made from the nutrients of fresh fruits and vegetables.  I believe you can benefit greatly from Juice Plus because it is for people that are trying to lead a healthier lifestyle.  Many of my patients have had great success using it to help with weight loss.  Why not give it a try for 4 months and see how it works for you?
