Question
Hi there;
I am around 5ft 3 and weight is 56kg (currently) and I am 30 years old.  I go to gym 5 days a week 30/45 minutes a session.  I eat about 5 times a day (small meals) and other than chocolate which is my weakness - my eating habits are healthy.  I am going on holiday in 5 weeks and just CAN'T loose the last 3 kilo's - HELP!  I am going to Greece and I so desperatly want to look good in a bikini

Answer
Georgina,
Not sure how much you eat but may want to watch your portions.  Write down what you are eating.  Sometimes we are eating a bit more than we think.  Also not sure what you are eating but make sure you are eating from ALL of the food groups and not overdoing foods such as starches.  Make sure you are including lean meats, fruits, vegetables, starches (mostly from whole grains), and low fat or fat free dairy products.  It is vital to include ALL of the food groups for a well-balanced diet.
As far as exercise, again not sure what you do in your sessions but they should include BOTH aerobic exercise AND weight training.  Make sure you are not always doing the same thing when it comes to exercise.  Change it up a bit to do different exercises so that you don't get bored and so you are using as many muscle groups as possible.
Also, don't forget to drink lots of water everyday and watch your intake of other beverages that can be high in calories such as soft drinks, flavored coffees, etc...
Good luck and have a great vacation!
