Answer
I'll help you get started, but doing schoolwork for someone just robs them of the opportunity to really learn it themselves.
1. Health depends not just on the physical wellbeing, but mental/emotional as well. I've met some people who are very, very sick, even dying, but "feel" wonderful! They are happy, have no regrets, good relationships and are almost able to ignore whatever it is that's wrong with their body. So the aspects of health are not just limited to having all body parts working.

2. Believe it or not, the #1 cause of death is "old age". Now, for the amazing part - virtually NO ONE dies of "old age".
Here's what happens: Doctors need to record a cause of death and "old age" is rarely acceptable, so they put down "heart failure" or something else, which is actually nothing more or less than the body wears out and stops. So, while most people actually live long enough to just die of old age (which may be 60-something for one person and 100-something for someone else) - almost no one "officially" dies of old age.

3. Permanent weight control is as easy as controlling calories in and energy out. If people didn't overeat and under-exercise, there'd be NO weight problems.

4. See # 3

5. Not just weight control, but system health. Hearts last longer, lungs work better, everything is just kept in better condition when it's all regularly used.

6. High cholesterol clogs arteries, reduces blood flow, damages heart muscle, lowers lung capacity - and more.

7. The human body needs a diet higher in fiber/whole grains first; fuits, vegetables; proteins AND we need FATS! We just don't need animal fats (from mammals). Fats are best obtained from plant and fish sources.

Take a look at my site to help you really get details, including a look at details in the food pyramid and what the official needs are (really good info for your project), including a place to research stuff like causes of death, per year, location and all that.

What's even better is that everything is FREE, no sales, no signing in, no ulterior motives. It's real information, not a sales pitch.
