I dont know the first thing about diets, I was wondering what would be the best diet if i want to gain muscle and have little fat?
The best thing to do is eat a healthy well-balanced diet and exercise. If you want to gain muscle you need to ensure you are eating plenty of healthy calories and exercising regularly (including both aerobic and weight training). If you need help with a healthy diet and what to eat I suggest either seeing a dietitian in person or finding a dietitian online that you can work with. As for exercise you should also start with seeing a professional, which would be a personal trainer. It is important to start off with proper instruction, for both diet and exercise, to ensure you get the results you are looking for!
