eating and exercising

Question
Dear Sir,

I have started excercising regularly. I get done with work at 4:30. And eat dinner after that because I am very hungry.

So do you think it is okay to have dinner at 6:30. And then go to the gym at 7:15. Run for 30 minutes, and then swim another 30 minutes.

I am always very hungry after I get done with this workout. And I start eating again. How should I solve this problem? Should I split my dinner into two -- have one half before excercise and one half after I get done with my workout.

Let me know how I should plan this out. Detailed info. will be appreciated.

Thank you for your help.

Ronin.

Answer
Hi Ronin,

Regrettably, I think you need to divulge a bit more information to get an accurate anwswer to your questions. I also think the questions should be directed to a nutritionalist, in person.

The very best of luck to you,

Terence A. Russell
