Question
hello dear
I wanted to ask :
what kind of food help the brain work better.
or which food help the brain ,have extra energy and get stronger.how ever I know that brain is like a muscle ,as much as we use it,it will be stronger.

Answer
It's believed that the more we challenge ourselves with learning new things, the more active our brain activity is and thus, the healthier it stays. The secret is doing NEW things.  Things we haven't done before or things we don't do a lot of. For someone who works puzzles all the time, choosing a new kind of puzzle is suggested. For example, if we do word puzzles all the time, we should try doing shape puzzles now and then. If we work at physical labor all the time, we should try learning something different, even if it's just a hobby.

When it comes to food, no food or vitamin will go directly to any particular body part. The body processes the necessary properties of the foods we eat and sends nutrients everywhere. For this reason, it's very important to eat a balanced diet with LOTS of different foods. Whole grains, nuts/legumes, vegetables, protein sources from poultry and fish like tuna and salmon and plenty of fruit.

Any claims that are made to make the brain 'stronger' or more energetic are false. Nothing will do this. For it to function in top form, getting plenty of sleep (7 to 8 hours a night), eating right and staying challenged is all it takes.
