weight lose/better body

Question
Hello, My name is keith parks

I have some weight lose issues...

I am about 5'11, 155 lbs

I know, it sounds about average, I think, Im not really sure what the correct weight is for a person of my height and stature.

I'm not trying to weight a certain amount though, I just want to be happy with my body.

Right now, I just cant seem to get my body the way I want it, everything still looks fat.

I want to have a flat abdoman, from my chest to my bellybutton.

I just want it to look decent, so I dont have to be ashamed of it.

Can you help me?

Answer
Keith, I think you are a little underweight or at a normal weight, it really depends on how much muscle you carry. Don't diet at all, instead start eating healthy meals that contain healthy protein like lean steak, chicken breasts, light tuna fish, eggs and egg white, low fat dairy. Try to include food from all the food groups in your meals. Vegetables, fruit, healthy fats, whole grain breads, and the protein. Next get to a gym and start working your muscles, you should see a big change within one month. Laura Kraemer, Slimkids.com
