Question -
OK, I am a 17 year old about to be 18. I am now in college. Throughout life I have been probably the worst eater known to man. Not eating fruits, vegetables, fish, fajitas, burritos, mexican food, tacos, salad, potato salad, salsa, chip dip, nuts, and more, I am embarrased to go out to eat. I need to fix this before it is too late. It feels as if I already dont like the foods just by looking at them or smelling them. I cant figure this out. It is just like the site of potato salad, or cream cheese disgusts me. Or even salad dressing disgusts me. What in the world can I do to fix this!

Please help me,
Harrison

You sound exactly like my own nephew! OK, here's the answer: those 'white' things you can't stand the site of, GOOD thing! They're not the best things for you anyway.
As for fruits and vegetables, well, there's ways to "improve" them. How about peanut butter? Who doesn't like pb? Slice an apple or banana and spread a tablespoon or two of whatever pb you like, on the slices. TRY it! It's a surprising taste - and really good. Here you get your fruits AND nuts/legumes AND good fat, plus protein!
Do you like pasta? Toss in really small, chopped veggies like peppers, even spinach and broccoli (remember, chop them up soooo small you don't even recognize them), or get brave and throw together cooked pasta with sliced zucchini, peppers, broccoli, carrots, whatever you think looks ok and toss with salad dressing made from one of those packets (you have to follow the directions and add olive oil, vinegar, etc). NOT a white salad dressing, an oil and vinegar dressing. The packets of dry mix are in the salad dressing aisle - find one you think you'll like. Experiment.
If you don't think you like salad, you just haven't tried the right one! Try Arugula or fresh spinach leaves (they are an unusual, almost sweet taste). Add feta cheese and olives.
You know the right things, but you have it decided that you won't like it. Sometimes it just takes disguising it, or trying it anyway. My nephew was certain he hated pizza and seafood (among so many other things) until he actually tried them. Now he's 'addicted' to both, whenever he can !
Check my site for a food pyramid that spans nearly ethnic society on earth - maybe you're just born in the wrong place for food selections and would be more at home eating Thai food or Southern Italian or Irish?
The most positive thing is that YOU want to change it.

How about using low fat (or no fat) milk, 1 cup in a blender with about 5 ice cubes and then toss in the banana, a dash of vanilla flavoring (if you like), a sprinkle of nutmeg OR cinnamon OR allspice - maybe a scoop of vanilla (or strawberry or even chocolate) ice cream - and whip it up. You'll be getting LOTS of good stuff in what amounts to a milk shake (you can use either the 'milk' OR the ice cream OR use both).  Experiment.

There are so many different kinds of apples that you just have to like one of them. Keep trying. If one of them seems 'close' to liking, enhance it with honey, or jam as a dip or spread. Or try sprinkling various spices (like the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice etc) on it.  How about apple pies???? Again, they can be made sweet, sour, using all kinds of different apples.

Honestly - this will work in direct relation to how much you want it to work.
How about yogurt? Toss a handful of WHATEVER cereal you like into whatever yogurt you can stand and it's a big boost. Eventually you can add fruit? Hopefully you're choosing "whole grain" cereals (read ingredients, be sure 'whole grain' is in the first three words of ingredients).
Soups? Plenty of veggies can be chopped up tiny and hidden in soups you like!
And have you ever tried those things you think you don't like...raw? Believe it or not, whole different taste! Find a salad dressing you like to dip them in and ???

But again - you have to want to. You can't keep just deciding you don't like something and preclude trying it based on that. I mean, that's what the whole problem really is, right?
