how can I stop

Question
Hello;

I am in my first year of college and I am beginning to see evidence of the 10 pounds gain theory. I am an obsessive eater. I eat alot of food in between meals and have difficulty with control. I want to keep my habits but eat healthier food. Any suggestions?
Also, my scheule is so hectic that I cannot find the time to go to the gym. What is an effective workout I can do every morning to keep me fit.

Thanks

Answer
Eating a lot can be good, if it is Real Food, not Flavored Packing Material that is empty food that keeps you hungry, no matter how much you eat. Real Food is raw fruit, raw nuts, whole grains, some protein stuff that hasn't been cooked more than once, plain water. The more of that and the less of the empty stuff the better.

You do not to have 30 minutes all at once, but your mission is to get that number of minutes total each day, 6 days a week, of doing something that has you breathing hard. Climbing stairs, walking briskly, tennis, whatever. Once a week find 30 minutes together to work muscles, 5 minutes per each of 6 muscle groups. Doing 5 situps that take a minute a piece, slow motion, non-stop, once a week is better than doing 500 situps a day.
