Question
hello

My name is Luis.
I have an intresting question for you?
I dont know if your the rite person for this but ; i would like to know if i get fater will it make me stronger? I am 14 years old and i weight 120 pounds. So i would like to know if i gain lets say 20 pounds in a year...will i be stronger than what i am now?

thanks

Answer
No, getting fatter won't increase your strength. You need to increase your muscle to do this. The best way to increase muscle is to eat proper foods, not lots of sugar or fat. You need to increase exercise too, like lifting weights, brisk walking or even swimming. Play a sport to help build muscle and increase strength.

Look at my site for eating guides that fit your needs - look for the pyramid there.
