Phentermine appetite suppressant

Question
I've been taking Duromine (phentermine appetite suppressant) consistently for about 2 months when I was 17, then on and off for the following year varying between the 15mg and the 30 mg capsules, I successfully lost over 50 pounds in less than a year.

I still need to lose around 20 pounds to reach my ideal weight.

It's been 3 years since I've lost all that weight, but it seems difficult to lose anymore, mainly because my family members are mostly overweight and food lovers, so it's been difficult controlling my appetite in a house full of food, eating seems to come as easily as breathing in my family, and there's no
way I can change that, because it's already a part of their tradition. I've tried exercising more, but my weight keeps yo-yo ing back
and forth by 10 pounds.
However the huge amount of weight I've lost from
taking appetite suppressants have stayed off.

I've been finding it really difficult to lose anymore weight, so I'd like to start incorporating phentermine as a daily weight loss medication like I did when I first started taking it.
Is this advisable?

Another question, does duromine/phentermine cause infertility in the long run?

Thanks for your help.

Answer
None of this is as difficult as you think. Yes, you may have inherited a genetic predisposition to easily gain weight, but this does not-not-not mean you have to! Just like genetic predispositions to having obsessive-compulsive disorders/alcoholism/addictions, doesn't mean that there's nothing you can do about it.

Let me give you the hands down, absolute facts about that diet pill/program/powder or plan...it's NOT helping with your weight and the only people it benefits are those who SELL it. Take a careful look at the small print with ALL of these products. They promise to work "when combined with a low calorie diet and exercise program".  NONE of these products has ever had a recognized medical study done or published in recognized medical journals/papers. NONE of these products are regulated in any way (they can sell you capsules of sand or lawn clippings) and frequently, what's in one pill is not necessarily what's in the next one. Even in the same bottle. The overall cost for a whole bottle of these things, INCLUDING the bottle? Less than 25 cents.

The diet industry rakes in more than $40 BILLION per year, every year and as their profit goes UP, so does the average weight of their biggest buyers! Hmmmm?

If anyone loses weight with these things, it's because they're more aware of what they're eating and exercising. You could just as well take some M&M's or jellybeans, they'd work the same.

Rather than look for help from someone selling something, you can do this on your own - pretty easy really. Oh, and you don't have to stop eating the things you LIKE!

I've got an entire eating option outlined at my site - and NOTHING is promoted, sold or even recommended. There's no signing in either. Just plain free.

Click on "Eat Anything You Like" and take a look at how easy it would be to even change the entire family's habits!
