Question
Please help me!
I'm a young lady training to be a ballet dancer,
I take 6 classes a week, get a work out, and eat healthy, yet I am still gaining fat in the butt, hips, legs area, and it it extremely frustrating as all this distorts the classical line ballet tries to achieve. especially my butt, it's not all muscle-- so how can I get rid of it and be slender like I used to be?
If you can help i'd be really grateful.

P.S. the only reason why I don't just stop eating
completely is I've heard it sends your body into shock and just makes you gain more weight.

Answer
Why do you think this is "fat" ? With all that working out, especially doing what you're doing (dance) it's highly, highly unlikely this is "fat". It's more likely that you're developing muscle, in spite of what you think.
To prove it, STOP working out so much. Cut back by about half and wait a few weeks/month - you'll likely see it diminish a great deal.

As for the eating part, I'm also suspecting you're eating far too little - which MAY contribute to muscle being burned for fuel AND to add to fat stores.

Take a look at my site and what you should be eating for your best weight, without dieting and be certain you're doing the right things.
