Question
i am a college student and i live in the dorms and eat cafateria style food every day. for the past 3 monts of my freshman year i have been trying to loose weight. i have lost 10 lbs by simply walking to class and cutting the food intake back. i was wondering if you had any advice on how to step up the weightloss. i want to loos 30 more lbs in the next few months.

thanks,
Natalie

Answer
Natalie, 30 pounds after you have already lost 10 pounds is a lot to ask. Try to lose a smaller number like 15 pounds in 2 months. Step up your walking, lift weights, start jogging, and follow a eating plan of 1500-1800 calories per day. Increase your protein intake at each meal to help boost your metabolism. Good luck in college, Sincerely, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
