hi!
i'm 26 years old and 82 Kg i feel i'm really over weight cos i get tierd soon when i do sth. on the other hand, my abdomen is getting bigger day after day, what exercise is good to prevent this or any other recommendation i'll much appreciate..

If you are getting tired soon when you are physically active, you need to see a doctor for a check-up before you start an exercise program.  You are too young to get tired so easily.  To be safe, you should see a doctor.
