this is a silly question :)
If instead of doing exercises to loss weight,I stil breathing successively and rapidly , will I burn fats as if i was doing exercises?

No, but it's a popular gimmick that's made to sound like it would work (it sells books, plans and even supplements associated with it).  Another oldie, but goodie is sleeping in a cold room; also, drinking ice water, taking cold baths or showers.
 Activity builds and tones muscle - the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism is and so, the more fat gets used for maintaining that muscle (metabolism).
Weight loss doesn't have to be difficult. You don't need to "work out" or deny yourself anything you like to eat - check my site for reasonable, FREE, no pills, no programs, no dieting or joining anything options...and in less than 3 months, you could be 20 lbs lighter (maybe more, maybe less; but where will you be in 3 months if you don't try?).
