Since I dont want to measure,...

Question
Since I dont want to measure, whats a healthy serving of fruit a day in apples or bananas? three bananas a day?

w/vegetables? how many handfulls of carrots a day? or spinach leaves?

Answer
I don't blame you for not wanting to measure, so easy enough, one medium-large apple, orange, banana, pear, etc. is TWO servings of fruit. A cup (visualize the size of a tennis ball) = TWO servings.  Be sure to make that 'tennis ball' compact for leafy veggies.

You should get about FIVE servings of each (fruits/veggies) a day.

Pasta/rice/potatoes should be limited to about ONE tennis ball a day of just ONE of them (not each of them).
