Mr. Rapitis,
I need your advice regarding the daily usage of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin oil olive.  I usually have a salad for lunch and dinner every day.  Am I hurting my body by using this as my salad dressing?  Thank you for your help.

Hello Sue!

   Thank you for your nutrition question.  Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are both healthy choices for salad dressing. One of the key benefits to cooking with olive oil is that it prevents cardiovascular disease. Olive oil helps to keep your cholesterol levels normal and can even lower your "bad"
   Balsamic vinegar is made from heart healthy grapes.
Fresh Grapes are a healthy component of a person's diet and have an abundance of nutritional benefits. Grapes are low in fat and free of saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol, and are a good source of Vitamin C.
