Fomr your experience, which oil is the best cooking oil? I'm currently using olive oil in everything I cook. I've read that avocado oil is great too. But I don't know whether nutritional benefits of both olive and avocado oils will be destroyed by heat or not. Also, can I use flax oil as cooking oil? Between flax seed and flax oil, which one is better? Thank you in advance.

There are many oils that are good for cooking.  I myself, prefer Olive oil but canola is also good.  You can cook with flaxseed oil but to get the best benefits from flaxseeds, ground flaxseed is the best.  The following articles may answer some more of your questions:
