low haemoglobin count

Question
i am low in haemoglobin count as i am a vegetarian tell me which vegetables should i consume more to increase my haemoglobin count ?

Answer
Hello Mehul!

Thank you for your nutrition question.  Regularly including foods with a good source of iron in your diet will help to increase hemoglobin in the blook. Iron supplements may be prescribed, along with a diet high in iron, to correct the problem. Foods Rich In Iron include Odried peas and beans; dark green, leafy vegetables; whole grains; iron-enriched cereals; dried apricots; prunes and raisins.
