Hey well basically I am overweight by about 5 pounds.  Okay and I need to lose 4 inches around my waist to fit into a lot of clothes.  SO that is my goal ...to lose 4 inches around my waist.  Can you help me with that?  ANy specific foods or exercises or ANYTHING?  thanks.

Dear Louise,  There are no specific foods to make your waist thin, just regular dieting to lose that last 5 pounds. For exercises, daily walking and daily crunches will help tone those abdominal muscles and burn excess calories. Start with 50 crunches per day and 30 minutes of walking per day.
