Question
I had a baby 2 years ago, via c-section.  Since then I have tried diets, have worked out regularly (weight training and group cycling classes) and didn't loose an ounce of weight.  The past week I started the South Beach Diet, and lost 7 lbs rather quickly, then somehow put 2 of them back on.  I have the "kangaroo pouch" that I just can't seem to get to go away and thighs that are HUGE!  I am 5'8" and prior to starting South Beach I weighed 180 lbs, now I'm at 175 lbs.  Is there another answer, or excercises that will concentrate on those areas?  My son and I walk a mile every night, with a bad knee I can't really do any running though.  Any help on getting rid of the kangaroo pouch and the thighs would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hi Kelly,

Please see http://www.premiumfuel.com for Real Food vs. Flavored Packing Material, why you gain weight when you go around hungry, and more. Weight training once a week, a slow motion, non-stop 5 minutes per muscle group. Look into Pilates for body sculpting.

Hi protein diets do in your kidneys, rapid weight loss is always water, never fat.
